The story
Konstantin Georgiyevich Paustovsky was an outstanding Russian writer, his novels and stories are rightly considered classics of Russian literature of XX century. For Soviet readers Paustovsky 1 is the embodiment of human and literary nobility, the conscience of the era. He was passed over for all state awards, but in 1964, became a candidate for the Nobel prize in literature, and only the intervention of the government of the USSR did not allow the Member to receive this honor. The acclaimed novel "Golden rose" is dedicated to the essence of the writer's work. This is an attempt to grasp the nature of art expression based on their own experience and comprehension of the works of great writers. "We have almost no books on the work of writers. This amazing and beautiful area of human activity by anyone, essentially, not known" — so begins "Golden rose". The novel, first published in 1955, marked the beginning of a number of books about writing — "no day without a line" by Yuri Olesha, Post prose" A. Beck, "Notes the writer" by V. Panova, etc.
