In suffering, sometimes losing their health and wealth, the characters of the novel find their soul and come to the truth. "The Nanny from Moscow" is a novel about a miracle performed by God's providence. The old nanny doesn't perform any miracles. She only lives and acts in accordance with her faith, and this faith works wonders.
