"Uncle Fyodor, the Dog and the Cat" is the first novel by Eduard Uspensky, published in 1974, and many readers loved it so much that they even made a popular cartoon based on it. A series of stories about the village of Prostokvashino began with her. This story is kind, warm and truly family friendly. After all, a boy who left his native home, even though he found a new one, suddenly realized one day: he loves his mom and dad and really wants to return to them. But he will never, ever leave his new friends, Sharik the dog and Matroskin the cat. His love is enough for everyone.Illustrations by O. Bogolyubova and E. Wulf. For primary school age.
