1. HOW CAN I DOWNLOAD MY CART AS AN EXCEL FILE?

The Download Cart as Excel File feature allows you to download current titles in your cart on Sentrumbookstore.com as a report.
The report is in “xls” format, which is compatible with Microsoft Excel 1997-2019/365 and Google Sheets.

To create a Download Cart as Excel File report:

1. Go to your Cart.
2. Click Download cart as Excel file at the bottom of the page.
3. Save the report to your hard drive.

There is also an option to print your cart.

2. HOW CAN I SEARCH FOR TITLES THAT HAVE OCLC MARC RECORDS?

Whether you’re browsing, looking for a specific title, or trying to find and download titles with MARC records and/or OCLC numbers, we have tools to help.

The quickest way to search sentrumbookstore.com is by using our search bar at the top of most pages. Type in what you’re looking for, hit Search, and we’ll find the items that best match your search.

You can also select filters under the search bar to find titles by product type, category, year, age group, with and/or without OCLC numbers.

As a professional, quite often you search for titles with OCLC MARC records numbers in various departments (Books, Children’s Books, Magazines or Audio Books) or export them.

To search for titles with OCLC numbers:

1. Select the department you want to search – Books, Children’s Books, Magazines, Audio Books or DVD.
2. Select with OCLC record in the OCLC drop-down menu under the search bar.
3. All titles with OCLC numbers will be displayed on the search results page.

You can also download your search results, or export all titles with MARC records with or without OCLC numbers as a report by clicking Download as MARC Records. The report is in “xls” format, which is compatible with Microsoft Excel 1997-2019/365 and Google Sheets.

To export all titles with MARC records without OCLC numbers:

1. Select the department you want to export MARC records from – Books, Children’s Books, Magazines, Audio Books or DVD.
2. Click Download as MARC Records.
3. Save the report to your hard drive.

To export all titles with MARC records with OCLC numbers:

1. Select the department you want to export MARC records from – Books, Children’s Books, Magazines, Audio Books or DVD.
2. Select with OCLC record in the OCLC drop-down menu under the search bar.
3. Click Download as MARC Records. The Open/Download pop-up window with your report will appear.
4. Save the report to your hard drive.

To download your order as MARC records:

1. Go to your Orders and select the order you want to download.
2. Click See full details.
3. Click Download as MARC Records at the bottom of the order page.
4. Save the report to your hard drive.

3. HOW CAN I BE SURE THAT THIS TITLE IS NOT A DUPLICATE OF A PREVIOUS ORDER?

To avoid ordering duplicate titles always recheck your cart before placing your order.

To check your cart for duplicate titles:

1. Go to your Cart.
2. Click Recheck Purchased at the bottom of the page.
If there are duplicate titles in your cart from your previous orders, the warning “DUPLICATE ISBN/EAN” will appear for each duplicate title in your cart with details and the link to the order.
