Dante's Divine Comedy is one of the most famous and at the same time one of the most difficult works of world literature to read and understand. The book series "Matrix Epicus" offers to get acquainted with the great poem in the artistic prose retelling by Andrzej Ikonnikov-Galitsky: to travel through the dark and bright, terrible and beautiful regions of an unknown world, descend into the depths of Hell, ascend the Mountain of Purification and even make a flight to the heavenly realms together with the curious Dante, wise Virgil and beautiful Beatrice.
