The great artists whose works have become classics are not the celestials, but ordinary people who, under the influence of passion, are able to commit a rash act. Such, for example, is Dumas, the son who is in love with the Russian beauty Lydia Zakrevskaya, and she is married, so the novel cannot be happy. Ivan Turgenev also acts recklessly — he, having an affair with a seamstress maid, of course, did not think about what he would eventually doom his illegitimate daughter, who would be born from this relationship. Such is Mikhail Glinka, who, being married, starts an affair with the young Ekaterina Kern ... The reader will find these and other stories in the collection of works by the writer Mikhail Kazovsky.
