Kazuo Ishiguro is a Booker Prize and Nobel Prize winner in literature. Critics often compare him to Vladimir Nabokov — both authors became classics and wrote their masterpieces in a foreign language. "Don't Let Me Go" is included in the list of the 100 best English novels according to Time magazine.Great Britain. The end of the XX century. In an atmosphere of strange omissions, they live a short but eventful life: they fall in love, quarrel, search for their "possible self" among ordinary people and create works for Madame's mysterious Gallery."Don't let me go" is the ultimate embodiment of the metaphor of "serving with your whole life." The novel is on a par with the cult dystopias "Brave New World" by Huxley and "We" by Zamyatin. This story, worthy of the plot of "Black Mirror", will cause you deep mental turmoil and will not let go for a long time after reading.
