He hasn't been allowed to take pictures. When he made the film, made at the world, and now he is an outcast and buffoon. Zvonarev, rescuing the man from the asylum, takes him at his picture. The relationship between these two friends-enemies – is the semantic center of our film. The scandals, almost reaching to the fighting, to give way to reconciliation. And then there are personal difficulties: the wife is an actress who requires a role, the mistress is an actress who also needs a job, etc. Personal and creative problems seem sometimes unsolvable... However, in the end, the movie still manages to be removed. And this is the movie that we like so far, which we watch and review constantly – "our old Soviet cinema".
